Yes.

Combed RingSpun cotton is an expensive superfine yarn that gets softer and softer with each wash. This is what makes a nice new retro t-shirt turn into your favorite vintage tee after a few washes.

Simply wash in Cold Water and Dry in Medium Heat. Extreme Heat makes cotton shrink. Save your power bills, and your clothes!

We work to diligently with our printing partners to print/ship orders within 3-5 days (usually sooner, but these are custom printed / made-to-order products).

Regarding postal delivery, you will get a detailed shipment notification email when your package is dropped off at the post office. Bare in mind, the delivery estimates below must be taken as just that... estimates.

The Post Offices and Customs / Import Inspections in every country run at various levels of efficiency, this CAN and WILL affect delivery times at different times of the year. Please remember, this is out of our control; but we're always here to help.

USA SHIPMENTS:
Please allow 7-14 Business Days (Monday-Friday)
The average travel time seems to be about 3-5 days.

WORLD SHIPMENTS (+Canada):
Please allow 30 Business Days (Monday-Friday)
The average travel time is about 2 weeks (but this can vary wildly).

*The SPEED of your local Customs/Import inspections, airports (weather), and local Post Office must be considered.

Government involvement slows things down.

Unfortunately, it can take sometimes 30 to 90 days for delivery.

I'm sorry, but sometimes your local postal services can be exceptionally slow to deliver. Many retail merchants discuss this publicly on eBay and other shipping forums, please search for yourself.

Despite the delays, packages ALWAYS seem to show up... it just may take a little more time to reach some countries.

Please remember, we fill our obligation and ship your package in a timely manner. You get a notification email from us when it ships.

Please don't be angry with us because the postal service is slow in your region, we have no control over the speed of delivery once the package leaves our hands.

That said, YOU have some control... we urge customers to FORMALLY COMPLAIN to your local government/post office. Poor municipal services will never be improved if you don't complain to your politicians!!

No matter where in the world you live... it's not wise to buy clothing online without measuring first.

Clothes don't run Large or Small, PEOPLE DO... everyone is different.

These are slim fitting fashion t-shirts; some love 'em, some hate 'em... You should measure.

We designed an easily understandable size chart that is linked on at the top & bottom of every page... You should measure.

There's even a "WARNING" on every product page in hopes of catching your attention, helping you avoid a costly disappointment.

Besides the typical return policy mumbo-jumbo... HipSoul Clothing will be launching HUNDREDS of designs. It's worth the effort to take ONE measurement (across the chest) to find your correct size!

We can only accept Exchanges.

Unless the shirt is misprinted or damaged, in which case we can file for a reprint of the exact same size/color/design combination (this is how our print partner works).

The issue, if anyone is curious, is that all shirts are printed ON DEMAND (at your request). This is the only way we can possibly offer you this level of custom design/style/size/color selection... there's simply THOUSANDS of combinations and growing. It's impossible to stock them all, so we have to print them when you ask us to. We really don't want them back, I can't wear a ladies Pink puppy dog shirt. :)

All we're asking is that you use the Size Charts before purchasing.

Help us avoid returns and exchanges. We really appreciate it. Exchanges literally force us to BUY the shirt for ourselves, and it's a costly disappointment for you to ship it. All of which can be avoided if you just use the size chart!

That said, if you're stuck, you're stuck. We want you to be happy, so please contact us regarding an exchange. We're always here to help (no grief)!

I transitioned HipSoul's print methods multiple times over the years, always evolving so I can offer you an incredible selection of unique art products you won't find anywhere else!

I've spent the last 20 years contemplating unique design ideas (and esoteric insights), writing unusual t-shirt descriptions and brainstorming fun stuff and things to share with you. I love this stuff, but I'm just one dude working from home. I'm up-front with HipSouls processes and capabilities, it's a small biz. My love for people is genuine (some don't make it easy though, lol). Please be nice, there's no need to get angry over a t-shirt, I'm here for ya!
